Mamie W. Mallory
President and CEO
Mamie Mallory is President and CEO of Mallory & Associates LLC, a management consulting firm founded in March 2018. The company’s profile includes clients across the Federal Government and private sector. It provides services in the following core competencies: Business Process Improvement, Equal Employment Opportunity/Civil Rights, Business Development, and Real Property Asset Management.

Ms. Mallory is widely recognized for her distinguished career at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) before forming Mallory & Associates LLC. This included over 20 years in management/ executive positions where she gained a reputation as an EEO/Diversity Program expert, civil rights leader, and accomplished Federal Government Program Manager and Engineer. She is formerly the Assistant Administrator for Civil Rights for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In that capacity, Mamie was the principal advisor to the Administrator on Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity, diversity, and affirmative action. She served as the FAA Diversity Advocate and led the agency's efforts to create a positive environment that supports and encourages the contributions of all employees. Mallory also managed Agency efforts to ensure the elimination of unlawful discrimination in federally operated and assisted FAA transportation programs at airports.

During her tenure as the Director of the Aviation Logistics Organization for Regions and Center Operations, Ms. Mallory made significant contributions to the FAA's real property portfolios. She was responsible for managing 27 million square feet of space with an annual budget of approximately $200 million. Her strategic planning skills were evident in the development of a five-year plan to reduce the space footprint and the FAA's annual rent commitments, showcasing her financial management acumen.

She holds a Master‘s degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a Professional Certificate in Facility Management from George Mason University. She is an alumna of the Office of Personnel Management's Federal Executive Institute and Leadership Greater Washington.
Allyson Solomon, Brigadier General (Retired)

Allyson Solomon is a retired general officer who served nearly 36 years in the National Guard. In her position prior to retirement, she served as Assistant Adjutant General for Air, Maryland Air National Guard. Since 2015, she has served as President of the National Guard Youth Foundation whose mission is to support at-risk youth through the National Guard Youth Challenge Program which provides them with the values, life skills, education, and self-discipline necessary to succeed in life. She also serves as a Director for Armed Forces Benefits Association, Women in Military Service for America Memorial, and on the Advisory Board of Vets2Set. Allyson previously served as a member of the Defense Advisory Committee for Women in the Services.
